Traffic Pattern changes on
WV Rt. 892 at WV Rt. 68

PARKERSBURG, WV – West Virginia Division of Highways, District Three, announces that crews will begin changing traffic patterns on WV Rt. 892 at the intersection of WV Rt. 68 on Monday morning, November 22, 2004, according to George Shinsky, Construction Engineer.

“Crews will be working throughout the day to shift the current traffic pattern, weather permitting,” Shinsky said.  “Motorists are urged to slow down and asked to be alert for message boards, signs and crew workers.”

“Beginning at the intersection of WV Rt. 68, traffic traveling north and southbound on WV Rt. 892 will be diverted to the newly constructed portion of WV Rt. 892 that loops around Fairlawn Baptist Church.” said Chris Cooper, Project Supervisor.

“As a result of the changing traffic pattern, anyone accessing the Fairlawn Baptist Church will use the newly constructed entrance off of the new WV Rt. 892 loop, across from the old Wolfe Camper Sales location.” Cooper added.
