Delays expected during
night time tie-in of existing
WV Rt. 892 and new WV Rt. 892

PARKERSBURG, WV (November 11, 2004) – West Virginia Division of Highways, District Three, announces possible delays on WV Rt. 892, just north of Jewel Rd., Wood CR 30/1, beginning around 6:00 o’clock p.m. on November 11, 2004 due to paving, according to George Shinsky, Construction Engineer.

According to Chris Cooper, project supervisor, crews will be working during the night to tie-in existing WV Rt. 892 with the new WV Rt. 892, weather permitting.

Motorists are asked to use extreme caution in the work zone, and watch for stopped and/or slow moving traffic.

Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes, if possible, as traffic may be held for up to 15 minutes at a time.
