Paving scheduled for Jewell Road

Parkersburg , WV – West Virginia Division of Highways announces the scheduled paving of Jewell Road , ( Wood County Route 30/1), otherwise known as Blennerhassett School Road , on Friday, October 3, 2003 , by Carl Kelly Paving, Inc., according to George Shinsky , District Three Construction Engineer.

Work is scheduled to begin at the intersection of Blennerhassett Heights Road and Jewell Road ( Wood County Route 30/1) around 9:00 o'clock a.m. Kelly Paving has advised that traffic will be maintained by flagging, but some delays may occur. Motorists should seek alternative routes when possible.

Kelly Paving further advised that all paving should be completed on Friday; however, there are plans to place shoulder stone on Monday, October 6, 2003.
